Bank Top Barn Terms & Conditions: I. In renting Bank Top Barn, you agree to:
Pay the balance due 4 weeks prior to your arrival
Arrive after 4 pm on the day of arrival and leave by 10 am on the day of departure
Adhere to the maximum number of guests booked in.
Leave the property in a clean and tidy state.
Place all rubbish in the external bins provided and remove all personal possessions.
To respect your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10.00 pm.
Not smoke in the barn.
Not to use the property as anything other than a private holiday rental.
Not to maliciously damage the property or its contents.
Do or not do something to the property or contents that may prejudice insurance or insurance premiums.
Clean up and repair any accidental damages caused by party members or pets.
Not allow pets upstairs or on any furniture.
Not charge electric vehicles from the premises.
Not flush wet wipes or sanity products down the toilets or throw coffee granules down the sink.
Ensure that your personal possessions are adequately insured. We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to your possessions because of your stay with us.
2. In letting Bank Top Barn to you for the sum agreed, we undertake to:
Ensure the house is warm and well presented for your arrival.
Ensure beds are made and towels provided.
That furnishing or their equivalent are provided as per our website.
Ensure that that you have a peaceful stay uninterrupted by interference from us or our representatives.
Ensure the building and our contents are adequately insured.
3. Flexible Booking: In the event of a cancellation due to Coronavirus restrictions, you have the flexibility to move your booking to alternative dates within 18 months of the start of your holiday. If you chose a date which is only available at a higher rate, the additional prevailing rate for the stay will be due. This Flexible Booking policy is only available for cancellations related to genuine Coronavirus restrictions and not for cancellations related to weather or other reasons.
